減肥是女人終身事業,日本偶像組合AKB前成員西野未姬,自出道後體重反覆上升,最重試過達56kg(約123磅),因微胖身材也曾受過批評。為了回復身材,西野未姬嘗試在飲食和運動上作調整,鑽研烹調,並不時在Instagram分享減肥和風食譜,不妨參考一下。

西野未姬透露,使用運動配合「高蛋白、低脂」飲食的方式,試過兩個月內減去8.2公斤(約18.4磅),減肥後回復自信,更曾參加健美比賽。以下是她的一些減肥心得:
- 每周進行3次肌肉訓練及有氧運動
- 日常三餐自行下廚,飲食上以蛋白質為主,減少攝取脂肪
- 洗澡後拉筋按摩,另會飲用乳酸菌補充劑
